high quality, straight from the fishermens' boats.
Meticulously
cleaned and handled, the fish are cut into strips and are "cold"
smoked in a traditional manner over native alder wood. Then the strips
are measured, sliced and packed into reusable 7-ounce jars.
The rich
oil that gathers in the jar is full of taste and healthy benefits and
